“Bellevue Community College is our primary resource for on-site training, and has been for a number of years. On a per-headcount basis, there isn't a better value than on-site training. There are no travel expenses or lost time for the employees. You can make your training budget go much farther by using BCC for on-site training rather than sending a few select employees to off-site training. Plus, the employees enjoy training with their peers. The questions asked are applicable to everyone in the room since they all work for the same company and have common work experiences and challenges.”
