We have continually increased revenues. Lean manufacturing [training] has improved our competitiveness and improved productivity, improved efficiency, reduced waste, and reduced inventory. There are a lot of small basic manufacturing companies who employ unskilled labor, such as us, and its extremely important to be able to support the education of those folks to be able to move up and for us to stay competitive.
