You can choose from our selection of "standard" non-credit and credit classes or have our instructional designers create a customized training class or a complete program with your needs in mind. We are a recognized leader in the delivery of corporate education programs.

BC will tailor the instruction based on the knowledge of your employees. For example, we recently had BC provide basic, intermediate, and advance Excel and PowerPoint classes to our employees based on their ability and experience. We staggered the training so that an employee could take one, two, or all three classes. It was a huge success.

BC is our primary resource for onsite training and has been for a number of years. On a per-headcount basis, there isn't a better value than onsite training. There are no travel expenses and lost time for the employees. You can make your training budget go much farther by using BC for onsite training rather than sending a few select employees to offsite training. Plus, the employees enjoy training with their peers and the questions asked are applicable to everyone in the room since they all work for the same company and have common work experiences and challenges.

The best thing about this class was the extra information provided which was not in the book; the "why" behind the tools or steps. I chose BC because they have classes that best meet my needs. Also the Online schedule is FANTASTIC. Other schools don't make it as easy to see multiple sections and class sections in the future.
